Regional Sales Director in Eden Prairie, MN
Due to tremendous growth, AnnuityVIP is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as Regional Sales Director.
This role is ideal if you are currently on an annuity sales desk and know that you “have what it takes” to get into the field as an external wholesaler. This is a hybrid role, with both internal and external responsibilities.

You will be responsible for promoting and distributing annuity products to financial advisors and insurance professionals within your territory. You will enjoy uncapped commissions with an experienced team to support your efforts. The better that the company does, the more you will make.
You will play a critical role in building and maintaining relationships with clients, providing product education and support, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of the annuity market, excellent communication and sales skills, and a passion for helping clients achieve their financial goals.
Responsibilities:
· Promote and sell annuity products to financial advisors and insurance professionals within your assigned territory.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to drive sales growth.
· Educate and train financial advisors and insurance agents on the features, benefits, and suitability of annuity products.
· Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value proposition of annuity products.
· Provide ongoing support and assistance to financial advisors, answering inquiries, and resolving issues.
· Collaborate with internal teams, such as product development and marketing, to stay updated on product enhancements and industry trends.
· Stay current with industry regulations and compliance guidelines related to annuities.
· Identify opportunities for business development and growth within your assigned territory.
· Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to expand professional network and promote annuity products as assigned.
· Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports on key metrics to management.
Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field (preferred).
· Proven experience in sales or wholesaling in the financial services market, preferably in the fixed index annuity space.
· Strong knowledge of annuities and the financial services market.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and build relationships with clients.
· Demonstrated ability to deliver persuasive presentations and product demonstrations.
· Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
· Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
· Proficient in using Salesforce.com for managing and tracking sales activities.
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
· Understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements governing annuities.
· Ability and willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
